De Young Talent Award is een aanmoedigingsprijs voor jong vrouwelijk talent. De Award 2019 werd op donderdag 26 september uitgereikt aan Maaike van Beijsterveldt, Programmadirecteur Integratie Vivat bij Nationale Nederlanden.
Op dezelfde bijeenkomst werd Rianne Letschert, rector magnificus van Maastricht University, benoemd tot Topvrouw van het Jaar 2019.
De verkiezing, die dit jaar voor de vijftiende keer wordt gehouden, komt voort uit de gedachte dat het belangrijk is een platform te creëren waarop vrouwelijke directieleden in Nederlandse bedrijven c.q. organisaties aandacht krijgen, zichtbaar zijn en daarmee de functie als rolmodel kunnen vervullen.
