Klépierre viert beursnotering aan Amsterdamse beurs met gongslag
Tijdens een feestelijke ceremonie viert CEO van Klépierre Laurent Morel de beursnotering van Klépierre met het luiden van de gong.
Klépierre is een toonaangevend Europees commercieel vastgoedbedrijf en een specialist in Europese winkelcentra. De beursnotering volgde op de aankondiging van Klépierre in januari dat het overnamebod op het in Amsterdam genoteerde Corio onvoorwaardelijk is. De handel in het aandeel Klépierre (ticker symbool: LI) ging van start op 15 januari 2015 in Amsterdam. Klépierre is al genoteerd aan Euronext Parijs sinds 1974.
Met de overname van vastgoedonderneming Corio heeft Klépierre een totale portefeuillewaarde van 21 miljard euro in winkelcentra en aanwezigheid in 16 landen.
