IPO ForFarmers
Euronext verwelkomt ForFarmers op Euronext Amsterdam
Euronext verwelkomt ForFarmers (symbool: FFARM), de Europese marktleider op het gebied van conventionele en biologische voeroplossingen voor de veehouderij, op Euronext Amsterdam. Yoram Knoop, CEO ForFarmers, viert de notering met een slag op de gong.
De notering van ForFarmers op Euronext Amsterdam stelt institutionele beleggers in staat om in het bedrijf te investeren, de zichtbaarheid van het bedrijf te vergroten en betere liquiditeit van de effecten voor bestaande aandeelhouders te vergroten.
ForFarmers is een internationaal opererende onderneming actief op het gebied van conventionele en biologische voeroplossingen voor de veehouderij. Met een afzet van circa 9,1 miljoen ton diervoeders op jaarbasis is ForFarmers marktleider in Europa. Bij haar producten biedt ForFarmers klanten aanvullende kennis en advies op het gebied van voeding, dierhouderij en bedrijfsontwikkeling. De omzet bedraagt ruim 2,2 miljard euro.
