Eerste gecrowdfunde effect verhandeld op Euronext
De eerste secondaire transactie in een crowdfunding-instrument op een transparant en veilig handelsplatform in Europa, gebeurde op 1 maart 2016 op Euronext Expert Market, een elektronisch trading platform voor niet-beursgenoteerde effecten. De verhandelde effecten zijn deelnemingen in het Belgische bedrijf Domobios, uitgegeven door het crowdfundingplatform MyMicroInvest. Deze eerste handelstransactie opent nieuwe perspectieven voor crowdfundingbeleggers die aandelen willen overdragen aan een derde partij in een veilige en transparante omgeving. Om deze transactie te vieren, luidden Willy Borsus, Belgische Minister voor KMO’s, die op federaal niveau verantwoordelijk is voor de regelgeving met betrekking tot bedrijfsfinanciering en crowdfunding de bel samen met Philippe De Backer, lid van het Europees Parlement en rapporteur inzake de Prospectusrichtlijn in het Europees Parlement.
