Fusie Vastned Retail (NL) en Vastned Belgium

Vastned (Vastned NV, Euronext Brussel en Euronext Amsterdam: VASTB) voltooide op 1 januari jl de omgekeerde grensoverschrijdende fusie waarbij Vastned Retail N.V. fuseerde met en in Vastned.
Het bedrijf gaat verder als één gecombineerde entiteit waarvan de aandelen sedert 2 januari 2025 worden genoteerd op Euronext Brussel en Euronext Amsterdam.
Vastned is verheugd met de introductie van haar aandeel op Euronext Amsterdam en vierde dit heugelijke feit vandaag met een traditionele Gongceremonie op de Amsterdamse beurs. De gongslag werd verricht door Sven Bosman, CEO van Vastned. De groep werd verwelkomd door René van Vlerken, CEO van Euronext Amsterdam.
