Fresh Funds opent handel op Amsterdamse beurs
Het Fresh Fixed Income Fund viert met de gongslag haar éénjarig jubileum. Dit obligatiefonds biedt beleggers de mogelijkheid om te investeren in een actieve en professioneel beheerde portefeuille van vastrentende waarden. Hierbij wordt vooral ingeschreven op nieuwe emissies van bedrijfsobligaties. Deze bieden de belegger vaak als voordeel een extra premie en kunnen aangekocht worden zonder bied- en laatspread. Beide factoren komen het rendement ten goede.
Het Fresh Fixed Income Fund, het eerste beleggingsfonds onder het Fresh label van AIFMD beheerder OHV Institutional Asset Management BV, begon een jaar geleden met een startkapitaal van € 27,7 miljoen. Inmiddels is het beheerd vermogen gegroeid naar € 67,5 miljoen. Het netto rendement sinds aanvang is ruim 4 procent.
