De winnaars van de Nederlandse finale van de Europese Awards voor Ondernemerschapsbevordering (EEPA) 2016 bezoeken Beursplein 5 en openen de handel met een slag op de gong.
Met de Europese Awards voor Ondernemerschapsbevordering (EEPA) erkent de Europese Commissie innovatie en beloont elk jaar succesvolle voorbeelden van goed ondernemerschapsbeleid.De Awards zijn bedoeld voor: lagere en regionale overheden, kennisinstellingen, scholen en publiek-private samenwerkingsverbanden die met creatieve en inspirerende projecten ondernemerschap stimuleren, voor het MKB in het bijzonder.
De twee beste initiatieven vertegenwoordigen Nederland tijdens de Europese finale op de SME Assembly in Bratislava op 30 november 2016. De Rijksdienst voor Ondernemend Nederland organiseert de European Enterprise Promotion Awards, namens de Europese commissie in opdracht van het ministerie van Economische Zaken. Dit jaar is de tiende keer dat de Awards worden uitgereikt.
