Om de 98e Dies Natalis te vieren, luidde Gerben Everts, directeur European Investors-VEB, in aanwezigheid van VEB-medewerkers vanochtend de gong.
Als ambassadeur van de Stichting Run4Schools, werd Gerben Everts vergezeld door een groep lopers die volgende maand de Two Oceans Ultra-Marathon gaan lopen om geld op te halen voor sportfaciliteiten en begeleiding in het township Mitchells Plain in Zuid-Afrika.
Al sinds 1924 behartigt beleggersvereniging VEB de belangen van meer dan 1,75 miljoen beleggers in Nederland, zowel particuliere als institutionele beleggers.
Simone Huis in ’t Veld, CEO van Euronext, verwelkomde het gezelschap.
