Cabka – listing en eerste handelsdag

Gat Ramon, Founder en Vice-Chairman of the Supervisory Board van Cabka and zijn vrouw Heike, luidden vanmorgen de gong naar aanleiding van de notering van Cabka. De beursnotering van het bedrijf is een gevolg van de fusie met Dutch Star Companies TWO, de SPAC die zich in november 2020 noteerde op Euronext Amsterdam. Ze werden verwelkomd door Simone Huis in ’t Veld, CEO van Euronext Amsterdam en René van Vlerken, Head of Listing van Euronext Amsterdam.
