BUX gaat samenwerking aan met PrimaryBid
BUX, onderdeel van ABN AMRO Bank N.V., is een samenwerking aangegaan met het technologiebedrijf PrimaryBid om het investeringsaanbod voor particuliere beleggers uit te breiden. Dankzij deze samenwerking kunnen particuliere beleggers in België en Nederland deelnemen aan IPO's en vervolgmissies, inclusief investeringsmogelijkheden die voorheen alleen voor institutionele beleggers toegankelijk waren.
Aangezien PrimaryBid en Euronext al enkele jaren samenwerken, vormt deze uitbreiding van de samenwerking een belangrijke stap vooruit in de gezamenlijke ambitie om bredere retailparticipatie in de primaire markten te bevorderen.
Om de samenwerking te vieren, werden vertegenwoordigers van alle drie de organisaties vanochtend verwelkomd voor een traditionele Gongceremonie. De groep werd ontvangen door René van Vlerken, CEO van Euronext Amsterdam en Dirk Donker, Hoofd Secundaire Markten Benelux & Duitsland.
