Beursnotering en eerste handelsdag van The Magnum Ice Cream Company

Vanochtend noteerde het grootste onafhankelijke ijsbedrijf ter wereld – The Magnum Ice Cream Company (TMICC) –op Euronext Amsterdam (tickercode MICC). Het is de 66e notering op Euronext, en tevens de grootste beursgang van 2025 op basis van marktkapitalisatie over alle Euronext-markten in 2025.
TMICC heeft de afgelopen eeuw een portfolio opgebouwd van geliefde wereldwijde en lokale merken, waaronder Heartbrand, Magnum, Ben & Jerry's en Cornetto. De beursgang volgt op de geplande afsplitsing van TMICC van Unilever, één van de langslopende noteringen op de beurs van Amsterdam.
Peter ter Kulve, CEO bij TMICC, luidde de gong om het begin van deze reis te vieren, in het bijzijn van René van Vlerken, CEO van Euronext Amsterdam.
