Bell Ceremony ter gelegenheid van de eerste notering van een ING covered bond

Guy Beniada, CFO van ING Belgïe, luidde de Openingsbel bij Euronext te Brussel op 10 december 2013 om de eerste notering te vieren van een covered bond onder het ING “Belgium Residential Mortgage Pandbrieven Programme” ten belope van 10 miljard euro.
Door deze succesvolle transactie kon ING Belgium 1 miljard euro plaatsen bij een groot aantal institutionele beleggers. De Pandbrieven die vandaag genoteerd worden hebben een looptijd van 5 jaar en een jaarlijkse coupon van 1,125% en worden gedekt door Belgische woninghypotheken.
