Barbara Barend luidt decembermaand uit voor Sterrenfonds

Met de gongslag vraagt Sterrenfonds ambassadeur Barbara Barend aandacht voor alle kinderen in Nederland die zich in een achterstandspositie bevinden. Of het nu is omdat ze in armoede leven, ernstig ziek zijn of uit huis zijn geplaatst.
De afgelopen maand heeft het Sterrenfonds zo'n 12.000 kinderen echt kind laten zijn, door het aanbieden van een uniek bioscoopevenement, een sinterklaasvoorstelling en het uitdelen van een KinderKerstPakket. In 2012 heeft het Sterrenfonds met de gongslag door ambassadeur Frans Bauer het KinderKerstPakket voor ruim 600 ernstig zieke kinderen en kinderen in de bijstand afgesloten. Met deze klap op de gong in 2013 doet ambassadeur Barbara Barend dat na een decembermaand waarin maar liefst 12.000 kinderen blij zijn gemaakt.
