BAM markeert 55-jarige beursnotering met gongslag

Lid raad van bestuur Koninklijke BAM Groep, Rob van Wingerden, markeert 55-jarige beursnotering van het aandeel BAM met een slag op de gong.
Het aandeel van Koninklijke BAM Groep staat officieel aan Beursplein 5 in Amsterdam genoteerd sinds 19 juni 1959. Vanaf begin maart 1959 was het aandeel voorlopig in de notering opgenomen. ‘Zeer binnenkort zullen de aandelen Bataafsche Aanneming Maatschappij v/h Fa. J van der Wal & Zoon N.V. op de Amsterdamse beurs worden geïntroduceerd’, schreef De Telegraaf op 18 februari 1959. Inmiddels heeft BAM meer dan 269 miljoen aandelen uitstaan en bedroeg de totale beurswaarde (marktkapitalisatie) ultimo 2013 net boven de € 1 miljard. Koninklijke BAM Groep is met circa 23.000 medewerkers actief in de sectoren bouw en techniek, infra, vastgoed en publiekprivate samenwerking.
