APG investeert 25 jaar in beursgenoteerd vastgoed

Het is 25 jaar geleden dat APG voor het eerst investeerde in beursgenoteerd vastgoed. De wereldwijde pensioenuitvoeringsorganisatie zag de afgelopen jaren hun investeringen in logistiek vastgoed, met name distributiecentra, verdubbelen naar 20 procent.
Ter viering van het jubileum luidde Rutger van der Lubbe, Head of Global Real Estate Investment Strategy van APG, vanochtend de Gong geslagen.
Het APG team is verwelkomd door Paul Noordam, Senior Manager Sales and Product Management van Euronext Amsterdam.
