AFS luidt de gong voor de participatie in LiquidShare
Financiële dienstverlener AFS Group heeft een belang verworven in het Pan-Europese fintech initiatief LiquidShare en luidt hiervoor de gong op de Amsterdamse beurs.
Het door BNP Paribas, CACEIS, CDC, Euroclear, Euronext, S2IEM en Société Générale opgerichte LiquidShare ontwikkelt een op blockchain techniek gebaseerde post-trade settlement infrastructuur voor beursgenoteerde small and medium-sized enterprises (SME) aandelen. In een volgende fase worden hier blue chips en obligaties aan toegevoegd.
Met de financiële support van AFS Group en de overige aandeelhouders, heeft LiquidShare als doelstelling een oplossing te creëren die de transactie kosten uiteindelijk structureel zal verlagen.
