Are you ready to shape the future of capital markets? We are looking for a Senior Business Continuity Manager to join our Euronext Securities Copenhagen Business Operations team. The position is based in Copenhagen and you will report to our Head of Nordic Business Operations.

You will primarily be responsible for:

  • Owning the design and production of internal and sector playbooks, governance and contingency plans
  • Updating business continuity management (BCM) and disaster recovery (DR) plans to meet Danish Financial Supervisory Authority (DFSA) expectations and align local, group and sector frameworks
  • Leading scenario mapping, interdependency analysis and testing of contingency plans
  • Contributing to the crisis communication stream, including frameworks and templates
  • Representing Euronext Securities Copenhagen in sector working groups and towards DFSA, Danish National Bank (DN), Financial Infrastructure Data Agency (FiDA) and clients
  • Reporting to the steering committee and recommending the future business-as-usual setup

Your profile:

  • Minimum three years’ experience in business continuity, risk or crisis management, ideally within financial market infrastructure or banking
  • Strong knowledge of Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA), DFSA expectations and central securities depository (CSD) regulatory requirements
  • Proven track record in building BCM frameworks, business impact analyses (BIAs) and disaster recovery plans
  • Experience leading workshops and scenario-based testing across organisations
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, including with authorities, clients and senior management
  • Fluent Danish is a requirement
  • Strong communication, analytical and organisational skills
  • Relevant certifications such as Certified Business Continuity Professional (CBCP), ISO 22301 Lead Implementer or Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) are highly desirable
