Join us as an Operational Project Manager  

You will primarily be responsible for:

The Operational Project Manager would serve as a liaison within the Operations Team at Euronext Technologies. Ensuring the quality and on-time delivery of activities and projects in scope. Reporting to the Operations Manager and with very close contact with Team Leads and Senior Leadership, this person will track and be present in the projects meetings and planning to ensure a comprehensive organization and tracking of deliverables in Operations scope. Will also get a deep understanding with Project Management by definition by leveraging close contact with internal stakeholders. 

Expect a close contact in Financial Markets, in scope are Trading, Clearing and  Settlement and IT Infrastructure high level design. 

Act as the point of contact for various project-related topics and new initiatives. Organize and lead regular meetings to safeguard internal organization and day-to-day project execution. 

You will be part of a team based in Porto and will work in a high-tech learning environment with colleagues across all Euronext locations as Euronext Market Services (Paris, Amsterdam, Lisbon, Milan, Dublin, Oslo and Brussels) as Euronext Securities (Porto, Oslo, Copenhagen and Milan) and Euronext Clearing (Rome) 

 

Your profile

This role is both internal and external facing and is located within the Euronext Securities Group, which in turn is part of the IT Operations group. 

Qualification: 

  • Degree, CET, or equivalent in a related field 

  • Fluency in English (oral and written) 

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 

  • Affinity with Microsoft Office applications 

  • Desirable: 

  • Interest in financial markets 

  • Knowledge of ITIL and Agile methodologies 

  • Experience with Kanban framework 

Skills: 

  • Hands-on mentality and structured approach 

  • Ambition and potential to develop a successful IT career 

  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively 

  • Strong awareness and interest in technology and project management 

  • Superb problem-solving skills
