Join us as a PM Cyber Security Trainee (IEFP)!

As a PM Cyber Security Trainee, you will join a collaborative IT team dedicated to delivering high-impact projects and upholding the highest security standards. You will work closely with experienced professionals who will mentor you, helping you develop your skills in project management, governance and risk management.

Key Accountabilities

You will primarily be responsible for:
 

Project & Delivery Management

  • Assist in the planning, execution and monitoring of IT projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and security standards.
  • Track and ensure completion of action items from governance boards, meetings and steering committees.
  • Maintain dashboards for strategic initiatives, projects and related KPIs.
  • Follow up on specific activities with stakeholders across the company to ensure delivery by IT teams.

Governance

  • Prepare presentations and summaries for cross-functional teams.
  • Build workflow trackers for governance tasks.
  • Support the preparation of critical topics under IT responsibility.
  • Help manage relationships and engagements with external providers, ensuring services are delivered in compliance with agreed contracts and security policies.

Risks and threats

  • Participate in the assessment and management of IT risks associated with business processes and technology implementations.
  • Engage in continuous learning to stay informed about emerging IT threats, technologies and best practices.
  • Support vulnerability management processes, including analysis, prioritization and follow-up of remediation efforts.
  • Support service management processes, including analysis and follow-up of services provided by IT teams, tracking SLAs and KPIs over time.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required

  • Bachelor´s or Master´s Degree in Project Management, Management or related fields
  • Understanding of security best practices and guidelines (NIST)
  • Enthusiasm combined with a collaborative attitude
  • Good organizational skills
  • Proactive with a sense of ownership
  • Able to work well under pressure
  • Fluency in English (written and verbal communication)
  • Eligible for an IEFP Level VI Internship
