Are you ready to shape the future of capital markets? We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Senior Sales Manager for Investor Relations & Compliance Solutions to join our team, dedicated to the Greek market. Working closely with the Chief Revenue Officer, you will play a key role in driving business growth by identifying and developing sales opportunities within the defined territory.
You will be responsible for driving revenue growth by managing a portfolio of customers and prospects, identifying new business opportunities, and executing the commercial strategy within an assigned territory or market. The role focuses on building strong customer relationships, developing pipelines, negotiating contracts, and consistently achieving sales targets. You will work cross-functionally with Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and Revenue Operations to deliver value to customers and maximize growth opportunities. Through a consultative sales approach and deep market understanding, you will contribute to expanding the customer base, increasing customer value, and supporting the company's overall commercial objectives. Furthermore, you will collaborate with the local listing team to position Euronext Corporate Solutions for new listings and IPOs.
This position is ideal for someone who is passionate about sales, eager to learn, and looking to develop within a structured commercial environment.
This role is part of a broader transformation within Euronext following the acquisition of ATHEX. A structured onboarding period will be provided, including product training, go-to-market support, and close collaboration with relevant teams.
Key responsibilities
Represent Euronext Corporate Solutions in the market, develop connections and business opportunities with decision makers
Actively collaborate with Euronext Teams to identify cross sales opportunities
Work closely with the Chief Revenue Officer to consolidate activity, market data and deploy transverse initiatives
Collaborate with the marketing teams to develop strategies for lead generation
Maintain accurate records of interactions with prospects in the CRM system
Support ongoing commercial transformation & integration initiatives

Your profile:
Degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field
7 to 10 years' experience in sales or customer-facing role preferred (SaaS or financial services a plus)
Strong knowledge of local business ecosystem
Strong communication skills and commercial mindset
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in CRM tools (HubSpot preferred)
Fluency in Greek and English
