Job Profile

We are seeking a Marketing Manager to develop and deliver strategic marketing and communications initiatives that support the growth and positioning of MTS across its trading platforms and market data services, including MTS Cash, BondVision, MTS Repo and MTS Data. The role will work closely with sales, product and senior leadership teams to create integrated marketing campaigns that strengthen client engagement, support product adoption and reinforce MTS’s position as a leading electronic fixed income marketplace.

The successful candidate will be a highly organised, commercially minded and results-driven marketing professional with strong project management skills, a creative and innovative approach and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders across an international organisation. They will be a confident communicator with experience delivering integrated B2B marketing strategies, thought leadership programmes, client events and digital campaigns within financial markets. The role includes line management responsibility for a Marketing Associate, providing leadership, coaching and support to ensure the successful delivery of the marketing function. A keen interest in fixed income markets and electronic trading is essential.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy & Campaigns

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies aligned with MTS business objectives.
  • Create European and local marketing plans supporting client retention, growth and product adoption.
  • Lead multi-channel campaigns across digital, email, social media, content and thought leadership.
  • Develop high-quality marketing materials, presentations, case studies and client communications.

Client Engagement & Events

  • Plan and deliver client events, conferences, roundtables and sponsorship initiatives.
  • Support sales teams with marketing materials and business development activities.
  • Strengthen MTS’s market presence and client relationships.

Performance & Reporting

  • Measure campaign effectiveness through KPIs, analytics and CRM insights.
  • Provide performance reporting and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
  • Manage marketing budgets and optimise return on investment.

Website and Digital Platform Management

  • Manage the MTS website and digital channels, ensuring content is accurate, current and aligned with business priorities.
  • Coordinate website updates, campaigns and product information with internal teams and external vendors.
  • Manage the integration and maintenance of live market data feeds displayed across MTS digital properties, working closely with technology, data and product teams to ensure data accuracy and availability.
  • Monitor website performance, analytics and user experience to identify optimisation opportunities.
  • Support the implementation of digital enhancements, tools and functionality to improve client engagement..

Collaboration & Leadership

  • Work closely with Sales, Product, Technology, Client Services and Data teams.
  • Coordinate multiple stakeholders across the Euronext Group to deliver integrated campaigns and maintain brand consistency.
  • Manage external agencies, partners and industry relationships.
  • Lead and mentor the Marketing Associate, supporting development and delivery of marketing activities.

Brand & Communications

  • Maintain consistent MTS positioning and messaging across channels.
  • Support corporate communications and PR initiatives.
  • Represent marketing as a strategic partner across the business.

Required Experience & Skills

  • 3-5 years’ experience in B2B marketing, communications or commercial marketing roles within financial services, capital markets or related industries.
  • Proven experience delivering integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Strong stakeholder, project and team management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including content and thought leadership development.
  • Experience with CRM, marketing automation and digital analytics platforms.
  • Experience delivering client events and executive engagement programmes.
  • Strong commercial mindset with ability to link marketing activity to business outcomes.
  • Understanding of fixed income markets, electronic trading and market data services preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or a related field would be an advantage.
  • Additional European languages are a plus.
