Icelandic Salmon debuterer på Børsen

Oslo, 27. oktober 2020 – Lakseoppdretteren Icelandic Salmon ble i dag tatt opp til handel på Merkur Market.

Icelandic Salmon er den største lakseoppdretteren på Island. Selskapet hentet nylig 647 millioner kroner i en emisjon, fordelt på 500 millioner kroner i nye aksjer og 147 millioner i nedsalg av eksisterende aksjer. Emisjonen mottok sterk interesse fra institusjonelle investorer av høy kvalitet og var betydelig overtegnet, meldte selskapet.

Icelandic Salmon vil benytte nettoprovenyet fra emisjonen til å finansiere vekst og utvikle sin verdikjede.

Emisjonskursen på 115 kroner per aksje gir de utestående aksjene i Icelandic Salmon en markedsverdi på 3,56 milliarder kroner.
