Agilyx debuterer på Børsen

Oslo, 30 September 2020 – Plastgjenvinningsselskapet Agilyx ble i dag tatt opp til handel på Merkur Market.

Agilyx hentet nylig 300 millioner kroner i en aksjeemisjon. Emisjonen ble møtt med stor interesse, blant annet fra institusjonelle investorer med ESG-mandater, og ble om lag ti ganger overtegnet.

– Vår visjon er å utnytte plastavfall fullt ut som en verdifull fornybar ressurs, og skape en ekte sirkulær økonomi for plast. Denne aksjeemisjonen, sammen med noteringen på Merkur Market, gir oss en finansiell plattform for å ta avgjørende steg på vei mot dette målet, sa Peter Norris, styreleder i Agilyx og i Virgin Group da emisjonsresultatet ble meldt

– Vi vil nå fortsette med å forbedre virksomheten og akselerere de mange utviklingsprosjektene våre, i tillegg til vårt kommersielt operasjonelle anlegg i Oregon, USA, sa administrerende direktør Tim Stedman. 

Med Agilyx er det blitt notert 21 nye selskaper på Børsen hittil i år.
