Launch of Tech40 label with Minister De Croo
On 11 May 2015, Alexander De Croo, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Digital Agenda opened the European stock markets of Euronext in Brussels with a Bell Ceremony to celebrate the launch of the new Tech40 label. The Tech40 label covers the 40 leading Tech companies listed on Euronext’s markets. They have been selected by an expert committee, based on qualitative and quantitative criteria. The 7 Belgian companies that are part of the Tech40 label are EVS, Ablynx, Barco, Zenitel, Celyad (previously Cardio3), MdxHealth and Econocom, technology stocks operating in life sciences, eco-industries, technologies, media and telecommunications.
