Are you ready to shape the future of capital markets? We are looking for a Fiscal Services operations associate to join the Business Operations team. The position will be based in Milan.

RAL starting from 35.600 euro + ticket restaurant

You will primarily be responsible for:

  • Processing and reconciling foreign tax transactions, including withholding tax, tax relief at source and tax reclaims, in line with market rules and internal procedures
  • Supporting the preparation and execution of tax reclaims requested by clients, ensuring all documentation and regulatory requirements are met
  • Maintaining up-to-date records of fiscal documentation, filings and correspondence in relevant systems and databases
  • Monitoring and processing incoming fiscal documentation, ensuring completeness and compliance with regulatory standards
  • Liaising with tax authorities, custodians and internal teams to resolve operational fiscal issues and ensure timely completion of processes
  • Staying updated on relevant fiscal regulations and market practices, particularly in France, Italy and the US, to ensure ongoing compliance
  • Supporting the daily maintenance and update of fiscal and tax-related data in internal systems
  • Assisting in the preparation of reports and reconciliations for fiscal processes and audits
  • Identifying and escalating discrepancies, risks or issues in fiscal processing to management, and contributing to the implementation of corrective actions
  • Collaborating with other back office and compliance teams to ensure alignment of fiscal processes with broader operational and regulatory requirements
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of fiscal service operations procedures and controls

Your profile:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business management, finance or a related field
  • Two to three years of experience in a back office, fiscal operations or similar role within financial services is an advantage
  • Fluency in English is required; knowledge of other European languages (such as French, Italian or Dutch) is an advantage
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to perform and prioritise multiple tasks
  • Excellent attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy in processing
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities; ability to quickly understand complex operational and regulatory matters
  • Proactive approach and willingness to learn
  • Experience working with international teams is an advantage
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
