Business Analyst Trainee (IEFP)

Join us as a Business Analyst Trainee

We are currently seeking to recruit a Business Analyst Trainee to join our team in Porto. This is an excellent opportunity to gain professional experience and develop your skills in business analysis and process and systems analysis within a multi-jurisdictional company. You will work closely with the Euronext Corporate Functions’ Business Process & Systems Analyst team, supporting major project developments and gaining insight into the processes and systems that underpin our business lines, QA and development teams.

Key Accountabilities

As a Business Analyst Trainee, you will:

• Assisting in workshops with business stakeholders to develop detailed functional requirements.
• Working within the Business Process & Systems Analyst team to produce documentation such as functional specifications, business process flows, use cases/user stories and data mappings.
• Supporting the team manager and other business analysts as required.
• Collaborating with development and QA teams to support their testing activities.
• Liaising with third party suppliers as needed.
• Interpreting business requirements to deliver clear and actionable functional specifications.
• Ensuring requirements are correctly understood by development teams and maintaining good relationship management with business stakeholders.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required

• Bachelor´s or Master´s Degree in IT, Engineering or relevant fields.
• Excellent analytical skills with strong attention to detail.
• Strong oral and written communication skills, able to document complex business requirements clearly and unambiguously.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in client-facing projects.
• Ability to work in a high-pressure industry with strict deadlines.
• Flexibility and ability to work in environments with changing priorities.
• Ability to interface with different project teams from IT to business.
• Willingness to learn and be a strong team player.
• Fluent in English.
• Eligible for an IEFP Level VI Internship.
