Euronext is the leading European capital market infrastructure, covering the entire capital markets value chain, from listing, trading, clearing, settlement and custody, to solutions for issuers and investors. Euronext runs MTS, one of Europe’s leading electronic fixed income trading markets, and Nord Pool, the European power market. Euronext also provides clearing and settlement services through Euronext Clearing and its Euronext Securities CSDs in Denmark, Italy, Norway and Portugal. In November 2025, Euronext successfully acquired a majority stake in the Athens Stock Exchange (ATHEX), further expanding its footprint and strengthening its pan-European market infrastructure.
As of December 2025, Euronext’s regulated exchanges in Belgium, France, Ireland, Italy, the Netherlands, Norway and Portugal host over 1,700 listed issuers with €6.7 trillion in market capitalisation, a strong blue-chip franchise and the largest global centre for debt and fund listings. With a diverse domestic and international client base, Euronext handles 25% of European lit equity trading. Its products include equities, FX, ETFs, bonds, derivatives, commodities and indices.
Euronext’s Technology & Operations teams cover a wide range of activities, including the operation of trading platforms and post-trade platforms, one Clearing House and four CSDs (prior to the integration of ATHEX). The IT function is responsible for designing, developing and testing new features and solutions to respond to the business and clients’ needs. IT also designs and builds the infrastructure that the company runs on and ensures that systems, infrastructure and market platforms are up and running.
IT teams provide end-to-end technology support across the Group, comprising approximately 800 staff primarily located in Milan, Porto, Paris, and the Nordics. They are organized into two main groups: IT Business Lines, which provide dedicated support to each core business, and IT Transversal Teams, including Infrastructure and Information Security.
The Euronext Technology & Support Centre
The ambition of the new Euronext Technology & Support Centre is to build a strong team in Greece that will support the Business Lines, IT, and Operations functions across the Group.
In its initial phase, the Centre will focus on two key initiatives:
Graphical User Interfaces (GUI) Development Team: We will establish an in-house team responsible for developing and supporting Euronext’s Graphical User Interfaces, which are currently managed by an external provider.
IT Clearing Test Factory: We will create an in-house Test Factory to support the Clearing House based in Italy. Euronext Clearing is a multi-asset-class clearing house that provides proven risk management capabilities for Euronext’s cash, financial and commodity derivatives markets. As the central counterparty (CCP) of choice for Euronext markets, it ensures the efficient and safe functioning of the markets.
Initial roles within the Centre will include Backend Developers, UI Developers, Business Analysts, Application Managers, and QA Engineers.
Role and key responsibilities:
Join Euronext Clearing’s QA team in Athens, part of our new Technology and Support Centre, and contribute to the quality and reliability of enterprise-grade clearing systems. You will work in a large-scale environment supporting critical clearing business processes, with more than 60,000 automated tests and growing technical complexity. As a QA automation engineer, you will design, develop and maintain end-to-end automated tests integrated with UI layers, APIs and backend databases, collaborating with international teams and stakeholders.
You will be primarily responsible for:
Analysing functional requirements and understanding the business logic of the clearing platform
Executing manual smoke tests to validate critical user journeys prior to automation
Designing, developing and maintaining end-to-end automated tests

Performing troubleshooting activities and root cause analysis in collaboration with development and operations teams
This list is non-exhaustive and may vary according to strategic priorities of the group.
