Join us as a Product Owner

Drive the convergence of post-trade services across Europe

We are looking for a Product Owner to join Euronext Securities in Porto and play a key role in the convergence programme, which consists of rolling out a common service supported by a unified IT system across our Central Securities Depositories (CSDs).

The objective of this programme is to provide financial institutions with a single client experience, reducing the cost, risk, and complexity of post-trade fragmentation in Europe.

In this role, you will oversee the full project lifecycle, from design and requirements definition to build, testing, migration of the four CSDs, and regulatory approvals where applicable, ensuring alignment between business, technology, and client expectations. The Harmonisation team plays a central role in ensuring a consistent business approach across markets.

Hybrid working model: 4 days per week in the office.

Key Responsibilities

Product Vision & Strategy

  • Define and communicate the product vision, roadmap, and growth opportunities

  • Document and prioritize product requirements, providing clear rationale

  • Maintain and prioritize the product backlog

  • Gather and prioritize stakeholder feedback

  • Deliver recommendations to increase revenue and reduce costs

Project Lifecycle & Delivery

  • Lead project phases from planning through to business-as-usual transition

  • Oversee the full lifecycle including design, requirements definition, build, testing, migration, and regulatory approvals when applicable

  • Organize and manage user acceptance testing (UAT)

  • Participate in testing to ensure deliverables meet acceptance criteria

  • Adapt to changing priorities and requirements in a dynamic environment

Stakeholder Management & Harmonisation

  • Act as the main liaison between development teams and business stakeholders

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align priorities and ensure convergence consistency

  • Support stakeholders in documenting market changes

  • Ensure timely communication with stakeholders

  • Maintain a centralized glossary and contribute to the data dictionary

Client & Market Focus

  • Oversee client onboarding and product launch activities

  • Ensure compliance with applicable legislation and regulatory requirements

  • Adapt strategies to evolving market and regulatory landscapes

  • Demonstrate proactiveness and agility in addressing business challenges

Profile & Qualifications

Experience & Knowledge

  • Experience in product management, business development, or sales support

  • In-depth knowledge of Euronext’s market model, rule book, and service offerings

  • Understanding of the full product development lifecycle

  • Experience developing products in international markets
