Join Euronext as a Talent Project Manager

We are looking for a Talent Project Manager to join our team in Athens, starting as soon as possible. This is a project management-focused role, responsible for leading and coordinating key talent-related projects across Euronext Group. You will drive the improvement and harmonisation of our recruitment processes and play a central role in developing and implementing talent development initiatives, particularly in onboarding and engagement. You will collaborate with stakeholders across multiple locations to deliver impactful, group-wide HR projects that enhance our candidate, manager and employee experience.

This role is reporting to Euronext's Head of Talent.

You will be primarily responsible for:

-Talent acquisition workflow coordination

  • Improve and harmonise recruitment processes & systems across all Euronext locations, ensuring a streamlined, consistent, and high-quality recruitment process focused on both efficiency and an exceptional candidate and manager experience. You will not conduct recruitment directly, but instead focus on coordination and process/tools improvement

  • Facilitate our community of recruiters, and train HRBPs & hiring managers on best practices of Talent Acquisition and interviews

  • Drive employer branding activities and build an implementation roadmap to support our new Employee Value Proposition (career website, external job boards, communication materials,…)

  • Coordinate and ensure the good implementation of recruitment core policies and practices, including agency use, recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) coordination and ongoing improvement of our applicant tracking system (ATS)

  • Define & monitor key KPIs to evaluate the sucess of our Talent Acquisition activities at Group level

  • Contribute to simplify Euronext’s recruitment processes, drive the adoption of artificial intelligence and automation at each key recruitment stage

  • Continuously improve the candidate, manager and HR experience; monitor candidate & hiring manager satisfaction, improve our employee promoter score

  • Champion inclusive and diverse hiring processes across all levels and locations ; drive outreach and sourcing strategies to improve a diverse representation with a particular focus of women in finance, engineering, and leadership pipelines.

-Employee engagement and talent development

  • Partner with hiring managers and the talent Acquisition HR community to deliver seamless on-boarding experiences

  • Support the organization and delivery of our yearly Employee Survey

  • Track and recommend learning and development opportunities to support retention of key people

  • Support the design and delivery of group-wide training programmes on strategic topics (eg : onboarding program, engagement initiatives, employee survey…), and contribute to generate a positive impact in our employee experience.

Your profile:

  • Three to five years of experience in HR, consulting or a related field, with exposure to talent acquisition, training, employee development, project management, D&I, employee engagement

  • Excellent command of English (written and spoken), as English is our working language

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint ; experience with HR information systems (HRIS) or learning management systems (LMS) is a strong plus

  • Attention to detail and project management experience with good organisational skills are needed

  • People-oriented, collaborative and proactive, with strong oral and written communication skills

  • Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, international environment, with attention to detail and a willingness to learn

  • Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management, working in diverse locations and with various profiles, able to get buy-in from various stakeholders ; Confortable facilitation presentations to 60+ people

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to define and monitor KPIs
