    Essilor celebrates its 40-year anniversary on the Paris Stock Exchange. Laurent Vacherot, Chief Operating Officer, opens the European trading day in Paris.

Hiermee is KKO International het eerste bedrijf uit de voedigssector dat in 2015 een IPO realiseert op de Europese markten en is tegelijkertijd het enige bedrijf dat van een dubbele notering geniet op Alternext.

    KKO International, eigenaar van een kakao plantage van 1000 hectaren aan de Ivoorkust, heeft 6.54 miljoen euro nieuw kapitaal opgehaald en heeft een initiële beurskapitalisatie van 31.6 miljoen euro. Het opgehaalde kapitaal wordt gebruikt voor het verwerven van exploitatierechten voor bijkomende percelen, voor investeringen in het team en materiaal en voor consolidatie van investeringen voor de aanplanting.
