Marketing Officer (VIE)

We are looking for a Marketing Officer (VIE) to join our Primary Markets - Marketing team. The position will be based in Amsterdam and will start on 1 March 2026 for a period of one year, with the possibility of extension for an additional year.

You will be primarily responsible for:

• Assisting in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns aligned with the Equity, Debt and Funds commercial strategies
• Producing content to support business development and strategic partnerships
• Developing sales and marketing materials for both listed and non-listed companies, including brochures, infographics, articles and online/offline campaigns
• Supporting events and webinars organised or sponsored by the Primary Markets department
• Assisting team members in organising and participating in international conferences and seminars
• Promoting the visibility of new listings on Euronext markets
• Contributing actively to the implementation of digital strategies across social media and Euronext websites
• Encouraging and supporting the use of customer relationship management (CRM) tools to enhance collaboration between marketing and sales through automation
• Supporting the Equity, Debt & Funds Marketing Manager in executing various initiatives and playing an active role in supporting commercial priorities, with a strong focus on the Belgian and Dutch markets

Your profile:

• Prior experience in business-to-business (B2B) digital marketing or communications
• Excellent command of English; Dutch is an advantage
• Strong analytical, communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work effectively in an international team and within a matrix organisation
• Proven ability to deliver under tight deadlines
• Proactive in proposing new ideas to support the team’s strategy
• Solid IT skills, including MS Office, marketing software (CRM and email automation platforms), and applications such as web analytics and Google Ads
• Keen interest in financial markets
• Innovative mindset with a willingness to test and learn new approaches
• Strong team spirit
