We are looking for an Equity admission officer (VIE) to join our Listing Admission team at Euronext. The position will be based in Oslo and will start on 1 January 2026.
You will be primarily responsible for:
- Supporting the admission process for companies seeking an initial listing (such as IPOs) across all Euronext markets, working closely with the broader team.
- Assessing companies applying for an initial admission of equity securities on a Euronext market and executing the transaction, including preparing recommendations for the Euronext Listing Committee and communicating with relevant stakeholders.
- Participating in kick-off meetings with prospects (C-level executives) and intermediaries applying for new equity listings.
- Evaluating companies applying for accreditation as Listing Sponsors or Growth Advisors.
- Educating and supporting local Euronext business partners on listing rules, regulations and procedures.
- Improving, streamlining and harmonising the admission process across all locations.
- Contributing to the annual reviews of issuers and listing sponsors.
- Coordinating the admission process across all locations and liaising with local regulators on specific admissions, rules and regulatory matters.
- Sharing relevant information with colleagues both nationally and internationally.
Your profile:
- Master’s degree in economics, finance or law.
- Good understanding of equity capital markets.
- Rigorous, autonomous and results-oriented, with a strong team spirit.
- Excellent analytical and drafting skills.
- Creative problem-solving abilities.
- Fluent in French and English; proficiency in other Euronext languages is a plus.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels, including senior executives, both orally and in writing.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
