Euronext is seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join the Cash Equity Trading team as a Senior Product & Strategy Manager. Based in London, this strategic role is focused on driving product innovation, executing key strategic initiatives, and enhancing our client-centric trading offering, particularly in the continuously evolving equities landscape.

You will work closely with internal stakeholders across Trading, Project management, Sales, and Legal, as well as directly with buy-side and sell-side clients. A deep understanding of equity trading workflows and institutional client needs is essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, development, and delivery of innovative trading products and enhancements for Euronext’s equity markets

  • Translate market structure trends, changes in the regulatory landscape and client feedback into actionable development roadmaps: (including buy-side, retail and sell-side needs)

  • Drive the implementation of strategic initiatives (e.g. market model enhancements, order types, liquidity innovation, etc.)

  • Act as a product owner for projects from conception to launch, collaborating closely with the Project Management Team

  • Engage with institutional clients to understand their needs

  • Monitor competitive dynamics and regulatory developments impacting European equity trading

Profile

  • 7+ years of experience in equity trading market structure, product management, or electronic trading strategy: e.g. (AES, algo exec sales & product teams)

  • Proven track record of delivering trading-related products or projects, ideally in a regulated market environment

  • Deep understanding of trading workflows and execution strategies

  • Strong analytical and communication skills; ability to interact credibly with senior clients and internal stakeholders (Sales team, Product team, Quant Research, Regulation)

  • Entrepreneurial mindset, solution-driven, and able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment

  • Experience in managing cross-functional initiatives from inception to go-live

  • Familiarity with EU/UK regulatory frameworks

  • Fluency in English is required, other European languages a plus
