Summary

As a member of the Licensing team, the Licensing Support Intern supports the Licensing Managers in actively managing the client contractual relationship by carrying out administrative processes for the department.  The Intern shares responsibility with the Licensing Managers & Officers for ensuring clients receive the highest levels of service and satisfaction, provision of information and support, which will enable customers to conduct and to develop their business with the Euronext. 

Key Accountabilities

  • Management of the Information Supplier pre-approval process, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Support clients in their use of MyMarketData by delivering training sessions and guided walkthroughs to assist with updates to the Market Data Licensing agreements.
  • Preparing and distributing meeting summaries, clearly highlighting key action items where applicable, and proactively following up with stakeholders to ensure timely resolution.
  • Work with Market Data clients and/or Accounts Receivable to resolve invoice-related queries, and to reduce the number of outstanding invoices.

Education & Knowledge

  • Degree level education preferably in  Economic, Finance or Business
  • Start date: as soon as possible. February ideally
  • Preference for one year internship split it 2 6-month terms.

  • Strong sense of accountability with a proven commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes. 
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Fluency in English mandatory, with multiple languages a plus to effectively support a global client base.
