Euronext accueille LafargeHolcim sur Euronext à Paris
Eric Olsen Président-directeur général de LafargeHolcim sonne l'ouvreture des marchés boursiers.
Holcim est spécialisé dans la production et la commercialisation de matériaux de construction. Le CA par famille de produits se répartit comme suit :
- ciments et briques (60,6%) : 140,3 Mt vendues en 2014. A fin 2014, le groupe dispose de 144 sites de production implantés en Europe (34), en Asie-Pacifique (54), en Amérique latine (27), en Amérique du Nord (17), en Afrique et au Moyen Orient (12) ;
- granulats (8%) : 153,1 Mt vendues de sables, de graviers, de craies, etc. A fin 2014, Holcim dispose de 363 sites de production dans le monde ;
- autres (31,4%) : principalement béton prêt à l'emploi (37 millions de m3 vendus ; 935 sites détenus) et asphaltes (10 Mt ; 84 sites).
La répartition géographique du CA est la suivante : Europe (27,2%), Asie-Pacifique (36,2%), Amérique du Nord (17,5%), Amérique latine (15,1%), Afrique et Moyen Orient (4%).
