Entrée en Bourse de Xior Student Housing
Ce vendredi 11 décembre 2015, Xior, le spécialiste belge des résidences d’étudiants (kots), a fait ses débuts à la Bourse de Bruxelles. Avec un taux d’occupation moyen de 98%, le portefeuille de Xior comprend 2000 chambres dans les principales villes étudiantes de Belgique (Louvain, Gand et Anvers) et des Pays-Bas (La Haye, Maastricht, Breda et Tilburg). Avec un prix par action de € 25, l’entreprise a levé € 88 millions et affiche une capitalisation boursière initiale de € 116 millions.
Pour célébrer cette IPO, Frederik Snauwaert, CFO de Xior Student Housing, a sonné la cloche ouvrant les marchés Euronext.
