SEGRO plc est spécialisé dans détention et la gestion d'actifs immobiliers d'entreprise.
A fin 2019, le portefeuille, d'une surface totale de 7 758 489 m2, s'élève, en valeur de marché, à 10 321,2 MGBP répartis, par type d'actifs, entre entrepôts (74%) et autres (26% ; notamment bureaux et centres commerciaux).
La répartition géographique du portefeuille en valeur est la suivante : Royaume Uni (64,2%) et Europe (35,8%).
