Olivier Fahy, Fondateur et Président-Directeur Général de Groupe Berkem, ouvre les marchés financiers à Paris.
Groupe Berkem est un groupe chimique organisé autour de 4 pôles d’activités :
- Production d’ingrédients actifs : à partir de l’extraction de matières végétales. Par ailleurs, le groupe propose des prestations de lyophilisation à façon pour les industries agroalimentaire, cosmétique, nutraceutique, pharmaceutique, etc. ;
- Formulation de solutions de préservation et de protection des matériaux : notamment matériaux en bois ;
- Distribution de solutions pour le traitement, l’usinage et la protection du matériau bois ;
- Fabrication de résines alkydes : à destination des industries de la peinture, du bâtiment, du traitement des bois et des encres.
A fin 2020, la société dispose de 4 sites de production implantés en France.
