Cotation d’Euro Private Placement bonds émises par Econocom sur Alternext
Ce lundi 8 juin 2015, Jean-Philippe Roesch , Administrateur délégué d’Econocom a ouvert les marchés européens d’Euronext Bruxelles lors de la Bell Ceremony organisée à Bruxelles à l’occasion de la cotation d’obligations sur Alternext Bruxelles. Ce placement privé s’élève à 101 millions d’Euros.
Econocom est un acteur majeur de la transformation digitale des entreprises. L’action Econocom est cotée sur Euronext avec le code mnémo : ECONB.
