Jean-François Hénin, Président du Conseil d’administration, Maurel & Prom ouvre les marchés européens à Paris
Le 17 décembre 2015, les actionnaires de Maurel & Prom et de MPI ont approuvé la fusion-absorption de MPI par Maurel & Prom.
Le succès de cette opération permet au Groupe d’affirmer sa stratégie en poursuivant l’étude de partenariats possibles dans le but d’augmenter sa base d’actifs générant du cash-flow.
Dans cet environnement, l’activité de Maurel & Prom se focalise sur la production d’huile et de gaz tout en bénéficiant de relais de croissance de grande qualité en cas de remontée des prix du baril.
