Vous serez principalement responsable de :

• Participer à l’organisation et au suivi du plan de formation annuel (recueil des besoins, recherches de de formation, inscriptions, logistique, reporting)
• Réaliser le bilan de la formation de l’année précédente et préparer les reportings associés
• Réaliser les déclarations de la taxe d’apprentissage et contributions formation
• Gérer les formalités administratives liées à la formation et aux alternants (contrats, enregistrement OPCO, suivi, intégration)
• Gérer le processus de recrutement des stagiaires et alternants (diffusion des offres, présélection des candidatures, organisation des entretiens, suivi des dossiers)

• Niveau Bac+3 minimum en RH (Universités, IAE, écoles de commerces, écoles spécialisées, etc.)

• Defining, delivering and owning the product vision and strategy for tokenisation across issuance, custody, settlement, lifecycle management and secondary trading infrastructure, fully aligned with Euronext’s digital assets strategy.

We are building a new analyst rankings product for the equity research industry. The product turns buy-side evaluation data into objective, defensible rankings of sell-side analysts, replacing a long-standing incumbent that the industry has outgrown. We are pre-MVP today, with a public launch planned for later this year, and the team you will join is small, senior, and London-based.

This role leads our Bangalore operations team. You will manage three associates/analysts and own the day-to-day running of the operational engine that produces the rankings, and act as the senior operational point of contact in India.

We are looking for someone who will look at how we currently do things, decide what the best version of the process should be, and build it - with documentation that outlasts any individual. The role will involve communication, curiosity, analytical judgement and leadership.

• Critically review every operational process you inherit. Decide what the best version looks like, implement it, and document it so a new joiner can run it without you in the room.
• Manage and develop three team members. Set the bar for analytical rigour and follow-through. Coach, review, unblock.

You will primarily be responsible for:

• Defining and supporting the automation and artificial intelligence (AI) test approach for projects
• Estimating, prioritising and supporting execution of automation and AI testing activities
• Monitoring and managing risks associated with test plans and contributing to risk identification
• Providing clear, accurate and regular reporting through key performance indicators (KPIs) related to the automation strategy
• Partnering with other QA team members and QA leadership to align common tools and approaches for automation and AI
• Working with development and infrastructure teams to implement a continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) strategy that incorporates test by design and embedded automated tests
• Defining and providing technical guidance and best practices for software development and business operations teams
• Contributing to the definition, implementation and monitoring of company quality standards, including synchronisation with other quality assurance units

Your profile:

• Strong technical skills in automated testing frameworks, AI-driven testing tools, CI/CD pipelines and software quality assurance

Job summary

Ensure all EMS members get offered a fair and orderly market compliant with the existing regulations. Monitor and manage real-time trading on respective Euronext trading venues and escalate market events, making sure relevant regulation is applied. Interact with member firms to advise on specific rule application and to request information on trade/order queries.

This role involves a rotating 4-shift schedule, covering shifts from mornings through to evenings, and does not support remote working. This is a 12-month position to support ongoing projects.

Key accountabilities

• Provides real-time support to business activities by ensuring continuous monitoring of operations, performing daily checks, ensuring adherence to KPIs, agreed contracts and internal requirements
• Follow and secure EMS performance and monitoring with appropriate dashboard, reports and tools.
• Provide client support and advise on client onboarding on new products / initiatives until go live
• Drives continuous improvement in operational efficiencies and tools to enhance the day-to-day operational activities, evaluating and selecting improvement opportunities that provide long-term value and minimize operational risks
• Contribute to Contribute operation enhancement projects to streamline workflow and provide better support to frontline business units

Your profile

The position will be based in Paris, and start on a date to be confirmed. You will report to the Cash Corporate Actions & Listing Operations Manager.

Member of the CACL team and reporting to the Cash Corporate Actions & Listing Operations Manager based in Paris, the Corporate Actions & Listing Operations Apprentice is responsible for the management of corporate actions and listing operations working with the entire Issuer’s ecosystem (Issuers, Advisors, CSDs, CCPs, Regulators, etc…) while also participating in the elaboration, specification and rollout of key internal initiatives launched by the CACL team.

The Corporate Actions & Listing Operations Apprentice is responsible for the below activities:

• Managing and addressing incoming corporate actions and listing queries, enforcing best practices and procedures

• Updating Euronext’s databases and trading engine with new listings and corporate actions, ensuring accuracy and consistency

• Liaising with issuers and their representatives to collect legal and technical documentation for listings and corporate actions

• Supporting and advising listed companies in the implementation and communication of their listings or corporate actions

• Reviewing and understanding legal and offer/contract documentation related to listing operations and corporate actions

• Coordinating with post-trading partners and internal stakeholders such as Listing, Product Management, Legal and Compliance

• Drafting, updating and publishing market announcements to ensure transparent, fair and orderly market functioning

• Providing clear, accurate and consistent information to clients regarding instrument creations, updates and delistings

• Preparing and delivering presentations to internal and external stakeholders on listing operations and corporate actions

• Acting as a key point of contact and ambassador for the team, developing relationships with market participants

Your profile:

• Computer literacy: MS Office, VBA; programming knowledge is a plus
