Euronext Digital, Group Data and AI department was created in 2024 to answer the group new ambition of enforcing data and AI capabilities and provide the business with innovative technologies to deliver their strategic initiatives. The department is organized with functional and technical teams manly divided into Digital office, Group Data Office, AI Office and their associated delivery teams

Job Description

Euronext is seeking a Head of Transformation to lead the next phase of its evolution, leveraging artificial intelligence (AI) to reshape how the organisation operates, serves clients and innovates. Reporting to the CTO for Digital, Group Data and AI within the COO department, you will have a high level of autonomy and a clear mandate to trigger material impact through transformation. This group-wide role offers international exposure and the opportunity to drive measurable change across business, operations and technology.

You will be primarily responsible for:

• Defining and delivering a pragmatic AI transformation roadmap, translating strategic priorities into actionable initiatives.
• Leading high-impact transformation programmes across business, operations and IT, ensuring strong execution discipline and material value realisation.
• Identifying, prioritising and scaling AI use cases in revenue generation, operations and IT, aligning initiatives with data platforms and business needs.
• Driving cultural and behavioural change, fostering AI literacy and ensuring strong adoption of transformation initiatives, leveraging a deep understanding of organisational dynamics, group behaviours and change resistance.
• Building and animating a transformation community, partnering with senior leadership and acting as a bridge between business and IT teams.
• Promoting a test-and-learn culture, challenging existing processes and introducing innovative approaches leveraging emerging AI paradigms.
• Ensuring measurable outcomes by defining and tracking KPIs, prioritising initiatives based on value, feasibility and impact, and reporting progress to senior leadership.

Your profile

• 10–15+ years’ experience in transformation, consulting or senior operational roles, with a proven track record in delivering large-scale transformation programmes.
• Experience in AI, data or digital transformation initiatives.
• Understanding of data platforms, AI ecosystems and enterprise IT environments, with the ability to engage credibly with technical teams
• Ability to translate technology capabilities into business value.
• Experience in financial services or regulated environments is an advantage.
• Excellent leadership, communication and influencing skills, with the ability to inspire, align and mobilise teams.
• Adaptable, pragmatic and execution-focused, able to navigate complexity and ambiguity.
• Collaborative mindset, comfortable engaging stakeholders across functions and building solutions together.
• Creative and innovative, with a focus on measurable outcomes and continuous improvement.
