Our Governance business line includes iBabs, a leading board portal solution, and other digital tools that enhance transparency, efficiency, and compliance.

Your Role

We are looking for a hands-on, analytical, and driven intern to support our Revenue Operations function. You will work closely with the Senior Revenue Operations Manager to assist with building reports and dashboards, improving data quality across systems, maintaining our internal Knowledge Center and help with day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives that empower our commercial teams across Europe.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain internal Knowledge Center, help prepare process documentation and instruction material for Sales

• Assist in pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting using Hubspot.

• Help maintain data quality and integrity across systems and dashboards (Hubspot, PowerBI, Excel).

• Support project management activities and coordinate alignment across various stakeholders for strategic initiatives.

Your Profile

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Communication, Data Analytics, or a related field.

• Strong communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex information into clear, engaging content.

• Analytical mindset with a passion for numbers and problem-solving.

• Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to take ownership of tasks.

• Comfortable working with Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM systems (HubSpot is a plus).

• Interest in SaaS, sales operations, and B2B business models.

• Native Dutch speaker with strong command of English (written and spoken).

• Previous internship or work experience in a commercial, training, or SaaS-related role is a plus.
