Le challenge des stagiaires lycéens : Comment travailler efficacement dans un environnement multiculturel ?

Pendant leur stage au sein du groupe Euronext, 16 lycéens en classe de seconde ont travaillé sur une problématique : Comment travailler efficacement dans un environnement multiculturel ?

Du 23 au 27 juin 2014, Euronext accueille un groupe de 16 lycéens en classe de seconde pour un stage en entreprise d’une semaine, en partenariat avec l’Association Crée ton avenir !!!. Lors de ce stage, les jeunes ont participé à différents ateliers pour les aider dans leur réflexion sur leur orientation et leur insertion professionnelle. Ils ont ainsi découvert le secteur d’activité, le fonctionnement et quelques métiers du groupe Euronext, en rencontrant des salariés volontaires du Groupe. Ils ont en parallèle travaillé avec l’Association Crée ton avenir !!! sur la notion de « compétence » en prenant comme base 10 compétences clés transférables : (esprit d’équipe, créativité, sens de l’organisation, sens des responsabilités, esprit d’initiative,  confiance en soi, persévérance, sens de la communication, autonomie, maîtrise de son environnement).
Ils ont ainsi pu faire le lien entre leur potentiel, leurs envies , leur motivation le milieu scolaire et le monde professionnel.
Afin de mieux appréhender les spécificités du Groupe Euronext, ils ont travaillé en groupe de 4, tout au long de la semaine de stage sur les avantages et inconvénients du multiculturalisme au sein d'une entreprise.

ETF Securities annonce la cotation du premier ETF sur l'indice MSCI China A avec réplication physique sur Euronext Paris

ETF Securities, en partenariat avec E Fund, une des plus grandes sociétés de gestion chinoises, lance le premier ETF UCITS sur l'indice MSCI China A avec une réplication physique. "ETFS-E Fund MSCI China A GO UCITS ETF" est disponible en Euro et listé sur Euronext Paris à dater de ce jour.

Cet ETF offre une brique supplémentaire dans le cadre d'une allocation d'actifs strategique; et peut aussi servir pour une exposition tactique au marché des actions domestiques chinoises (actions de "catégorie A") qui reste très attractif en termes de valorisation.
L'indice MSCI China A offre une exposition large et représentative du marché local chinois, avec une performance historique supérieure à d'autres benchmarks sur ces actions domestiques. BAM marks 55th listing anniversary by sounding the gong

Member of the Executive Board of Royal BAM Group, Rob  van Wingerden , marks the 55th anniversary of the BAM listing by sounding the gong.

Royal BAM Group shares have officially been listed on the stock exchange at Beursplein 5 in Amsterdam since 19 June 1959. The shares were provisionally included in the listing from the beginning of March 1959. ‘Very soon the shares of Bataafsche Aanneming Society formerly Fa. J van der Wal & Zoon N.V. will be introduced on the Amsterdam Stock Exchange’, wrote the daily newspaper Telegraaf on 18 February 1959. Meanwhile, BAM has more than 269 million shares outstanding and the total market capitalisation at the end of 2013 was just over €1 billion. Royal BAM Group has approximately 23,000 personnel members active in the construction and mechanical and electrical engineering, property and public-private partnership sectors.

Orange Babies sound gong for Mont Ventoux Expedition

Baba Sylla, the director the Orange Babies Foundation, sounds the gong to mark the start of the Mont Ventoux Expedition from 20 to 23 June of this year. He is accompanied by the director of DESTIL, Orange Babies’ partner and also the initiator of the Mont Ventoux Expedition.

On 22 June over 70 participants will run or bike up the Mont Ventoux. They face a daunting challenge on the mountain (elevation 1912m), which is known as the Giant of the Provence. The participants have found sponsors for 1, 2, 3 or 4 climbs up the mountain. Orange Babies will use the proceeds of the Expedition to finance a programme in Africa, which treats babies born with HIV. As was the case last year, the foundation has decided to invest in the Ng’ombe Home Based Care project. The goal of the project is to reduce the rate of mother-to-child HIV transmission in the slums of Ng’ombe, Zambia, from 10% to 2% by 2018.
