Borsa Italiana - Equity Market Listing

The Team is in charge of the  admission process on Borsa Italiana equity markets: Euronext Milan and Euronext Growth Milan.

Key Responsibilities

The candidate will support the team in the admission process:

• financial analysis of the issuer;
• documentation check;
• relationship with issuers and intermediaries.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate has:

• Master’s Degree in Finance, Banking and Finance, Economics of Markets and Financial Intermediaries;
• Good knowledge and interest in corporate finance and accounting;
• Good analytical skills;
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Excel);
• Excellent knowledge of English (both written and spoken).
