Admissons Associate Advisor Intern

Role and Key accountabilities

The Primary Market Admissions Intern will have responsibility to:

• Deliver a positive and differentiated experience to Euronext customers at all times.

• Act as first point of contact for listing applications for Euronext Dublin markets.

• Allocate debt and funds document submissions / listing applications to team members.

• Review applications from companies seeking admission of their debt securities to listing and trading on Euronext Dublin.

• Apply Euronext and EU regulatory standards to listing/trading applications on a robust, timely and consistent basis.

• Liaise with listing agents, legal firms, service providers and international financial firms on issues arising on listing applications.

• Process invoices and maintain bulk accounts for customers.

• Assist on AML/KYC remediation project in relation to onboarding of customers.

• Deal with/allocate queries from public and listing agents and other internal Departments.

• Input into other ancillary tasks related to Admissions
