Summary of the role

As a Market Data Audit Officer, you will join a global team responsible for analyzing how clients use market data and ensuring correct application of commercial licensing models.

Your role focuses on data analysis, usage reviews, and client-facing audit discussions to verify that market data is reported and licensed correctly. Through structured audits and analytical reviews, you will help identify discrepancies, clarify usage models with clients, and support revenue assurance initiatives.

You will collaborate with international colleagues, contribute to improving audit methodologies, work with other internal teams (e.g. Legal) and engage directly with clients to review findings and resolve data usage questions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure Proper Use of Market Data: Make sure organizations follow the rules for using Euronext market data, helping maintain strong and fair partnerships.
  • Advise on Best Practices: Offer guidance to clients on how to use market data effectively and efficiently.
  • Manage Global Compliance Audits: Plan and oversee audits worldwide to ensure correct licensing and reporting, helping boost revenue.
  • Work Together Internally: Collaborate with teams across the company to meet compliance goals and support business growth.
  • Create Clear Reports: Produce detailed reports on data usage and permissions to support audit discussions and decisions.

Profile

  • Graduate or 1 year of experience
  • Has a degree in a related field, preferably in Buisness, Economics or Finance but not essential
  • Analytically minded and an effective problem solver
  • Excel proficiency is a must as well as being adaptive to learning other software
  • Interpersonal skills and effective communication
  • Proactive learner who enjoys independence
