Join us as an Operation project, quality and transformation, Senior Associate !

We’re seeking a results-driven Operation project, quality and transformation, Senior Associate to join our Clearing team in Paris or in Milan.

You will be primarily responsible for: 

• Lead and coordinate strategic projects, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and timely delivery

• Manage transversal activities across different teams, promoting effective collaboration between Operations, Client Services and IT

• Analyse and improve processes that impact several business areas, identifying opportunities for efficiency and risk reduction

• Prepare and present progress reports, KPIs and updates to stakeholders, highlighting key outcomes and risks

• Support decision-making by monitoring project performance and providing relevant analysis

Your profile:

• Experience in leading strategic projects and transversal activities within the financial markets industry

• Strong project management skills and ability to work across different business functions

• Analytical approach to problem-solving and process improvement

• Effective communication skills, able to present complex information clearly

• Ability to manage priorities and deliver results in a dynamic environment

• Rigor

• Fluency in English
