  • Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing and sales to bring new features and products to life
  • Engage directly with clients and stakeholders to gain a deep understanding of their needs and identify growth opportunities
  • Develop P&L- and data-driven, client-focused business cases that combine user value with cost efficiency
  • Conduct competitor analyses and provide input for pricing and go-to-market strategies to strengthen iBabs’ position

Your profile

You do not just manage products - you build ecosystems. For this role, strong analytical, collaborative and client-focused skills are essential. In addition, you bring:

  • Four to six years’ experience in product management or business development within SaaS
  • A proven track record of bringing products from concept to launch in an international context
  • The ability to write clear, structured product requirement documents (PRDs) and break down large projects into actionable outcomes
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and the confidence to influence both technical and commercial discussions
  • Fluency in English and Dutch
  • Affinity with the Dutch public sector is a significant advantage
