We are looking for a motivated and analytical Product Analyst Intern to join our SaaS Product Management team in Amsterdam.
 

This internship offers a unique opportunity to work closely with Product Managers on strategic initiatives focused on customer retention, revenue growth, product innovation, and discovery. You will contribute to understanding customer needs, identifying market opportunities, improving product decision-making through data, and exploring how AI can accelerate product processes.

This role is ideal for a candidate who combines strong analytical skills with curiosity about customer behavior and needs, technology trends, and product innovation.

 

Key Responsibilities

User Research & Product Discovery

  • Support user research activities including interviews, surveys, workshops, and customer feedback analysis.
  • Assist in synthesizing research findings into actionable insights and product recommendations.
  • Participate in customer co-design activities and product validation exercises.
  • Contribute to continuous product discovery efforts by exploring customer needs and emerging market opportunities.

 

Innovation & Market Research

  • Conduct market analysis, competitor research, and trend monitoring.
  • Investigate emerging technologies and identify opportunities for product innovation.
  • Research AI-powered tools and methodologies that can improve product management, research, and design processes.
  • Prepare insights and recommendations for product strategy discussions.
  • Support the preparation of presentations, reports, and business cases for new product opportunities.

 

Customer Insights & Product Analytics

  • Analyze customer feedback from various channels and identify trends, opportunities, and improvement areas.
  • Assist in creating dashboards and reporting mechanisms to support product decision-making.
  • Help measure the impact of product initiatives on customer satisfaction, retention, and business outcomes.

Knowledge, skills and experience required

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Economics, Data Analytics, Information Management, Technology Management, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (fluent in Dutch is a plus).
  • Ability to structure complex information and translate findings into clear recommendations.
  • Curious mindset with a strong interest in customer behavior and product development.
  • Comfortable working independently and proactively.
